3. No financial advice; no offer
$VADAPAV is a cultural and utility token. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. The Site does not promise profits, returns, or any increase in the value of $VADAPAV or VIP NFTs. Any decision to acquire, hold, gift, or burn tokens is made solely at your own discretion and risk.
4. Assumption of risk
Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose all value. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and the accuracy of any address or amount you submit. Smart contracts may contain errors or be subject to attacks. By using the Site you accept these and other risks inherent to blockchain technology.
5. Premium Listings and payments
Premium Listings on the Explore map are paid services billed in fiat through our third-party payment processor. Fees, durations, and tiers are described at the point of purchase. Purchases are for the period selected and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. A listing reflects information from third-party sources and does not constitute an endorsement.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including wallets, blockchains, mapping providers, and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
